Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in store events.

Assist customers with account setup, plan upgrades, and technical support.

Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.

Educate customers on Gen Mobile products, services, and promotions.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer issues.

Familiarity with mobile devices, wireless services, and telecommunications industry trends.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
