Pay Scale:
$18.00/hr - $24.00/hr depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of answering incoming calls required within a servicerelated industry is a huge plus
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm within a fastpaced environment
- Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skill set
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
Desired Qualifications:
- Service Titan experience or the ability to learn the software
