Description

We collaborate with charitable organizations to spread the word about their programs and make a difference in the community. We are currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. The Client Service Representative will be the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams' first point of contact. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to process donations, maintain the database, and provide excellent customer service.

The Client Service Representative will also collaborate with the Supporter Relations Manager to assist the department with a variety of tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/ departing donors
Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications
Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events including planning, logistics, and ontheday support Keep up with
Be in charge of the overall upkeep of the donor database, including internal training and support for colleagues to ensure accurate inputting (after receiving training yourself).
Assist the fundraising team in ensuring that team tasks are correctly prioritized and deadlines are met by administering data inputting, amendments, running reports, and creating data queries as needed.
Stay current on fundraising initiatives and news from all sectors.
Incorporate new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking responsibility for the work.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause are required; experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
