We are a company that collaborates with charitable organizations to make a positive impact in the community. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our growing team.

The primary focus of this role will be to serve as the first point of contact for both external and internal fundraising inquiries.

The Client Service Representative will play a vital role in processing donations, maintaining the donor database, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the initial point of contact for all fundraising inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, consistently thanking and acknowledging new and departing donors.
  • Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and send engaging donor communications.
  • Support various fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and ontheday assistance.
  • Maintain the donor database, offering internal training and support to colleagues to ensure accurate inputting.
  • Assist the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring data accuracy by administering data inputting, amendments, running reports, and creating data queries.
  • Stay updated on fundraising initiatives and news from all sectors.
  • Incorporate new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking responsibility for the assigned work.

Requirements:


  • Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause; experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, energetic, and cando attitude.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
