    Job Summary:

    The General Manager for Restaurant Operations is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall performance of the restaurant. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business sectors. The successful candidate will be an influential leader, capable of inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sustained growth in sales and profits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and staff members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee development, engagement, and retention.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Implement and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain effective processes for inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.

    Sales and Profit Growth:

    • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
    • Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure a customer-centric focus by consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.
    • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and implement measures to enhance overall satisfaction.

    Compliance and Regulations:

    • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Manage and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

    Training and Development:

    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Communication and Reporting:

    • Effectively communicate with senior management, staff, and other stakeholders to convey key performance indicators, challenges, and successes.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on financial and operational performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business sectors.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets through effective leadership.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
