Job Summary


The General Manager will be responsible for overall operational efficiency, team management, financial performance, and ensuring the establishment consistently meets and exceeds industry standards.


Responsibilities:

*Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the entire establishment. *Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. *Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. *Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. *Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction. *Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience. *Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expense controls. *Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals. *Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies, *Build and maintain relationships with customers and the local community. *Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. *Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in food and service. *Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives. *Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


Qualifications:

*At least 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry. *4 year college degree preferred *Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. *In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and industry trends. *Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
