**About the role** As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our customers, through proactively contacting small to medium businesses and receiving inbound calls from customers. You will gain a fantastic insight into how our customers can be supported, as you ensure we maximise their experience with the business. You will be using your excellent communication skills to contact and negotiate with our customers to collect outstanding account balances, whilst working with customers to understand their situation and support them where required. You will be target driven as you aim to meet and exceed targets for securing payments and re-habilitating accounts that have fallen into arrears, alongside working towards productivity and quality KPIs. You will also proactively review customer accounts to identify and where there is an opportunity, resolve future problems before they arise. **About you**
To be successful in this role you will be able to pull on your fantastic relationship building skills as you work with our customers and your colleagues to come to a positive resolution for everyone. Through your patience and empathy, you will demonstrate your commitment to customer and provide a quality service to all customers. Your strong negotiation skills and proactive thinking will allow you to analyse customer circumstances and make decisions on the best approach. Customer service experience will be vital to ensuring youre a success in your new role and any collections experience would be supportive of your application.
