- Develop and implement training programs for hospice organizations, including new hire orientation, ongoing staff development, and leadership training.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and create customized training plans to address those needs.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and onthejob training, to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure they are meeting the desired outcomes.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in hospice care and incorporate them into training programs.
- Manage a team of trainers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver highquality training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to supplement internal training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure training programs align with overall company goals and objectives.
- RN with Valid License,Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospice and Pallative Care
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage audiences of all levels.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Experience managing a team of trainers and coordinating training initiatives.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
