    $90,000-105,000K

    seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Training to join our clients' team and lead the education andtraining efforts for hospice organizations.

    The Director of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that support the growth and development of our clients' staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients and families.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement training programs for hospice organizations, including new hire orientation, ongoing staff development, and leadership training.
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and create customized training plans to address those needs.
    • Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and onthejob training, to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure they are meeting the desired outcomes.
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in hospice care and incorporate them into training programs.
    • Manage a team of trainers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver highquality training.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to supplement internal training programs.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure training programs align with overall company goals and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • RN with Valid License,Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospice and Pallative Care
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage audiences of all levels.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful training programs.
    • Experience managing a team of trainers and coordinating training initiatives.
    • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
