    Position Purpose:


    The Fleet Leasing Account Executive is to drive sales in the small ticket lease and retail with customer that are 40 truck and less by focusing on a premium "high touch" prospecting experience that will promote satisfaction and growth within the assigned AOR and market segment.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.

    Excellent working knowledge of TEL's products and services along with the ability to sell such to TEL customers, specifically where TEL can add value with service and product offerings to effect profitability and cash flow.

    Work closely with the sales team to qualify cold calls/leads and assist where needed to convert qualified leads to closable opportunities.

    Execute efficient in the use of Salesforce and other software providing diligent, complete, and detailed customer contact documentation.
    Responsible for achieving sales goals for desired prospect/customers under management in AOR with a focus on retention and growth.
    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned prospect inquiries.
    Answer directly or collaborate with various internal departments to ensure TEL provides unparalleled customer support.
    Work to resolve all client complaints in an expedient manner.
    Research and provide intelligence on competitors within assigned AOR.
    Keep in touch with overall transportation market trends and disrupters.
    Other projects or duties as assigned by management.
    Adhere to all SOP and Company Policies.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Bachelor's degree in "Business Management" or applicable business field or combination of equivalent experience and education.
    Two or more years of experience in B2B sales in the transportation industry
    Working experience that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility.
    Salesforce experience or another comparable CRM
    Excellent working knowledge of TEL's Fleet Leasing products and services.
    Have positive, high energy and desire to work hard to accomplish goals.

    Strong listening, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to identify common objections and utilize sales skills to overcome such objections.

    Strong mathematical skills for calculating percentages, lease rates, etc.
    Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with the needs of different types of customers.
    Analytical skills for reviewing customer data.
    Strong team player able to work with a team to problem solve and provide an outstanding customer experience.
    Be coachable and have desire to learn new skill sets.
    Strong Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills.
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Strong knowledge of trucking company operations.
    Strong organization skills and attention to detail.


    Work Environment:
    General office setting
