    Ciao Welcome to Bartucci Beauty, a luxury hair salon located in the vibrant Fulton Market District of Chicago. We are a community of creative minds with a passion for beauty, fashion, and art, looking to add a Client Services Coordinator to our team.

    Our salon transcends the traditional model, creating a lifestyle-oriented customer experience. Every guest that visits our intimate space will feel as though they have entered a chic urban oasis. We are driven to inspire and excite every client with an exceptional client experience, the best in hair services, and a curated retail selection.

    We are in a fast-paced environment seeking a positive, motivated, team-player that enjoys a hospitality mindset who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The primary focus of this position is assisting in facilitating the daily service operations of the salon. Experience working in a salon or retail environment is required.

    The job responsibilities will include [but are not limited to]:

    • Support in facilitating day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures; work as a team to adapt, enhance, and streamline systems and processes to deliver brand promise and consistent client experience
    • Regularly engage in client service activities including scheduling appointments, POS management and retail sales; resolve client issues and provide adequate solutions to complaints
    • Support in various inventory projects including physical recounts, organization, cleaning and adding new merchandise into the system
    • Process hair extension orders and maintain inventory to ensure availability for scheduled appointments; collect deposits for appointments as needed and maintain up-to-date client records

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication
    • Exceptional time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Technologically savvy; proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office, Gmail
    • Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and industry trends

    Experience

    • Customer Service (Required)
    • Retail Sales & POS Systems (Required)
    • Prior Manager or Supervisor Role (Preferred)

    Job Type: Part-time, 18-24 hours per week, approx. 3 days per week

    Hours: We are open Tuesday through Saturday, which includes evening and weekend hours.
