An avid learner with over 7.5 years of work experience in different fields, I’ve come to my own in customer service and success roles. I also have a knack for data science and reporting, something that I was able to explore in my previous role and something I hope to also explore in my next role. I excel in roles where I can liaise between different groups of people and roles that are customer/client-centric. This, together with my knack for data science and reporting, has allowed me to also play a role in researching on and improving processes for customers/clients and making a positive change for their journeys with the company I work with. I have 2.5 years of work experience in a direct customer/client-centric role and look forward to bringing this expertise to my next role, all the while excited for what new things I can learn along the way.
