RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily reviews work orders and assigns to technician
- Communicates with residents on completed and pending work orders
- Schedules outside contractors as needed
- Coordinates and ensures proper adherence to key issuance policies and procedures.

- Acts as a point of contact for residents of the portfolio in relation to maintenance issues and concerns.
- Provides support system for the onsite maintenance team and vendors. Acts as liaison between vendors, property manager and construction crews.
- Maintains vendor reports; evaluate cost, dependability, customer service and availability.
- Assists with unit renovation management, walk throughs and follow up.
- Helps generate operational and maintenance/work order reports, resident data, update management documents and follow up with team on open tasks as needed.
- Be available and flexible to assist staff as necessary.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations
- Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Must know and follow Fair Housing laws.
- Must possess customer service abilities and attitude.
- Well organized and flexible with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and able to react to changing priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior property management maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Yardi
- Ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, overtime if necessary.
- Ability to travel to additional safety or instructional courses off the premises.
- Remain on call after hours if necessary.
