    About the opportunity

    The Data Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, customisation and maintenance of business data information systems.

    Some of the key tasks will include:

    • Use your data skills to assist business units in getting timely access to reliable, repeatable and relatable reporting to make data-driven decisions.
    • Ensuring that master data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
    • Manage system backups and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring that data is protected and recoverable in the event of a disaster.
    • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
    About you


    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools including Power BI and Excel.
    • Strong experience with NetSuite (or similar SaaS ERP/CRM).
    • Any experience with Blueshift or similar software would be advantageous.
    • FMCG industry experience would be highly valued.
    • Familiarity with security policies and procedures
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
