  • What you'll do
  • Develops data structures and pipelines to prioritize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting need. Replicates and documents issues for further partner concern.
  • Develop adhoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources
  • Exhibit difficulty, judgement and ability present a detailed 'data story' to a business line.
  • Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
  • Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objective and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straight forward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
  • What you'll need Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgements.
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Social skills with strong inquisitive mindset.
