About the role
What you'll do
Develops data structures and pipelines to prioritize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting need. Replicates and documents issues for further partner concern.
Develop adhoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources
Exhibit difficulty, judgement and ability present a detailed 'data story' to a business line.
Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objective and meet deadlines.
Exchange straight forward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
What you'll need Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgements.
Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Social skills with strong inquisitive mindset.
