The Role

CAA is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to provide project, communications, data analysis, and data management support across Data Team initiatives.

In this role you will be a member of a highly-motivated and collaborative team responsible for providing actionable insights to business unit stakeholders (Agents, Executives, and client management teams) using cutting-edge data and analytical tools.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of our Data team's operations.

This is a role that requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and demonstrates a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for data quality and validation across data processes and tools
  • Manage data product communications and inbound requests for analysis, product related questions, and training
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, data quality and integrity tasks and projects in support of the data team
  • Able to perform routine checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Assist in the maintenance of databases and data systems, including fixing coding errors and other datarelated problems
  • Conducts adhoc research and analytics projects as needed
  • Unify master data for our internal tools
  • Maintain regular communications with data vendors in resolving data quality issues
  • In coordination with the rest of the data group, participate in workstream planning, gathering requirements, testing, delivery, and training of new analytics features

Requirements:


  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College, preferably with a degree in STEM or related field
  • Comfort in working and inspiring trust with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and other technical and strategic data professionals
  • Able to utilize SQL for querying databases, Python or R for data manipulation, and Excel for spreadsheet analysis.
  • Be able to work with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or even Excel.
  • Highly detailoriented and wellorganized; able to work in a fastpaced environment and can easily adapt to change
  • Experience mining and analyzing data from digital, social media, and consumer analytics tools is a plus
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; highly collaborative and inclusive team player
  • Strong followup and project management instincts
  • Must be resourceful and possess good judgment
  • Interest in data, research, TV, Movies, Sports, Music
  • Avid user of and fluency with social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Facebook)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Location

This role will be based in our Los Angeles, CA office; Hybrid

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $67,000 - $77,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
