- Develops strategies and oversees recruiting, leadership development, culture change, organizational development and succession planning
- Acts as an HR Business Partner for the Elizabethtown Plant Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- 5+ years progressive experience in HR in a manufacturing organization
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations
- Facilitation and presentation skills, strong written and oral skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Moderate to advanced computer skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint especially) including use of HRIS data base and timekeeping system
- ADP Enterprise, ADP Talent Management, and Kronos experience a plus
- Self motivated; can lead, influence & implement change
- Ability to work successfully in a cross functional team environment
