    Job Summary

    As an Account Executive, your main role involves collaborating with Advisors/Client Executives and other Account Executives to handle client accounts effectively. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day account management support, involving a mix of verbal, electronic, and written communications. Managing the renewal and marketing process from beginning to end, creating presentation materials, and assisting team members with client service tasks are key aspects of this role. In this position, the Senior Account Manager actively participates in client meetings, nurtures relationships with clients and carriers, and strives to deliver services to clients efficiently.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Proactively maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts
    • Lead client meetings for assigned accounts
    • Manage renewal and marketing processes alongside Account Executives and Advisors
    • Communicate with clients and carriers under the guidance of Account Executives or Advisors/Client Executives
    • Maintain client files and policy records according to office procedures
    • Handle an assigned book of business


    Required Skills
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Confident in making independent decisions
    • Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Over five years of industry and product line experience
    • P&C Insurance License required


    Benefits

Our PeopleFirst approach emphasizes building lasting relationships with our employees to support them in every way possible. The base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $85,000 and will be determined based on various factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Additionally, performance-based incentives may be available.
