Currently seeking a full-time General Manager to join our crew. We boast a flexible schedule tailored to your needs.

About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned restaurant chain with a 26-year history as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. Based in Milwaukee, we manage 61 (and counting) QDOBA locations, ranking us among the largest QDOBA franchisees nationwide. Recently, in September 2021, MR Chicken LLC was established to expand our horizons by introducing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. Our mission revolves around delivering fresh, flavorful food in beautifully designed spaces. We take pride in being named the Franchisee of the Year by QDOBA in 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring prompt, precise service that reflects top-notch hospitality
Achieving and managing store sales targets while adhering to a set budget, including active participation in marketing strategies
Supervising catering services and developing plans to boost sales
Training, supervising, and enforcing food safety protocols
Controlling food and labor expenses
Ensuring a safe work environment
Supervising crew members to foster their growth within the company, minimizing staff turnover, and taking corrective measures when needed
Conducting interviews and hiring team members
