- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the membership program with overall business operations.
- A prioritization of the utmost safety of all staff, patrons, and equipment within the facility.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, range operations, training, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience through process enhancements and staff training.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry.

Position Overview:
