    About the Job:

    The General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations at Papa John's International plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of a restaurant to ensure profitability. This leadership position involves making quality decisions, implementing proper planning, forecasting, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and legal requirements.

    • Manage and assume responsibility for all restaurant functions.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
    • Oversee operations, including execution of policies and procedures.
    • Directly manage Operations Managers, Manager Designates, and Shift Leaders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor product quality and service standards.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Solicit and utilize customer feedback to enhance operations.
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet performance standards.
    • Develop sales and profit goals and strategies to meet targets.
    • Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
    • Manage inventory levels and control costs.
    • Maintain restaurant assets and ensure safety and security standards.
