    At Mission 94 Firearms Education Center (M94), we are a new Firearm Range and Retail operation that offers a wide range of high-quality products and services to our valued customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive our operations to new heights.

    Position Overview:

    As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our range and retail store, with an added focus on overseeing our membership program. You will be a key player in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for business development opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a diverse team of professionals.

    Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture.

    Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for all team members.

    Identify training and development needs, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

    Membership Program Management:

    Oversee strategies to grow and retain our membership base, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Coordinate and implement innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive membership sign-ups and renewals in cooperation with our Membership Coordinator.

    Analyze membership data and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the membership program and improving customer experience.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the membership program with overall business operations.

    Range and Retail Operations:

    A prioritization of the utmost safety of all staff, patrons, and equipment within the facility.

    Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, range operations, training, and customer service.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

    Customer Experience:

    Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience through process enhancements and staff training.

    Business Development:

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business growth opportunities.

    Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.

    Explore potential collaborations, sponsorships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's reach.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry.

    Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.

    Experience managing membership programs and driving customer loyalty initiatives.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions.

    Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.

    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
