- Full responsibility for leading the performance and profitability of a new corrugated container plant in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
- Manage safety, quality, cost, productivity, and strategic expansion initiatives to drive local and regional sales growth.
- Operate in a 24/6 - 24/7 manufacturing setting.
- Maintain plant profitability while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and empower high-performing teams to drive organizational change.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in line with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities and nurture key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience in the paper/packaging industry.
- Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial management, manufacturing, and operations.
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals, lead diverse teams, and drive profitability.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Capability to adapt to change, anticipate issues, and prioritize customer interests.
