    **Das knnen Sie erwarten**
    * Initiierung, Konzeptionierung, Entwurf, Aussteuerung von Methoden und Manahmen zur Steigerung der Innovationsfhigkeit von neuen Anforderungen, Projekten und Initiativen rund um neue Marketingthemen und digitale Produkte sowie deren Integration in das Unternehmen
    * Evaluierung neuer Entwicklungen und Trends in Bezug auf die Zukunft der Landtechnik und Identifikation innovativer Geschftsmglichkeiten, um das Produktangebot von AGCO Fendt weiter auszubauen
    * Strategische und taktische Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Tools/Initiativen im Bereich Marketing/Customer Experience
    * Analyse des Kundenverhaltens und der Bedrfnisse der Nutzer anhand Durchfhrung von Interviews, Testen von Wertvorschlgen usw.
    * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern, um neue Geschftsideen zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und voranzutreiben
    * Enge Kollaboration mit anderen Teams im Bereich Marketing zur Entwicklung innovativer Anstze, Produkte und Dienstleistungen sowie Sicherstellung einer frhzeitigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Beteiligten
    * Kooperation mit relevanten internen Digital- und Customer-Experience-Funktionen, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis fr neue Produkte/Dienstleistungen und die Anpassung an bestehende digitale Produkte sicherzustellen

    * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Statistik oder Innovation und Geschftsentwicklung
    * Fachwissen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Innovationen
    * Change-Management Erfahrung und Methodenkompetenz (z. B. Scrum, Design Thinking)
    * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
