We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Guest Experience Specialist.
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to train front and back of the house on a welcome attitute.
- Handle restaurant guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front to the house.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in conflict management and problemsolving
- Knowledge of food service.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable speaking in public.
Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
