I want to contribute significantly to the branch's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-lasting relationships, and introducing customers to our licensed bankers. I love to help clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit, or helping update their address, accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements. 

My diverse experience in education and business enables me to have a wider view of people's needs. I have a great knowledge of dealing with customers of different age groups. 

I have studied TESOL and took a course in General business management. I have different certifications in Language Teaching and Learning but my most recent university certification is a Master's degree in TESOL.
