I love to help clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit, or helping update their address, accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

I have studied TESOL and took a course in General business management. I have different certifications in Language Teaching and Learning but my most recent university certification is a Master's degree in TESOL.
