    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Application Production Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the uptime, performance, and stability of our critical web applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for web technologies, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    Resolve application incidents and service requests promptly by analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues reported by internal users and external clients.
    Implement efficient solutions to resolve incidents and minimize downtime, ensuring clear documentation of resolution steps for future reference.
    Effectively triage incoming tickets based on severity and potential business impact, assigning them to appropriate teams or resources when escalation is required.
    Identify root causes of recurring issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, collaborating with development teams to provide insights for application improvements.
    Proactively monitor application health and performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimize performance and maintain system stability.


    Qualifications:

    Minimum 2+ years of experience in application production support or a related field.
    Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving web application issues.
    Strong understanding of web development technologies, including ReactJS, .NET, C#, and MySQL.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Highly responsive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


    Bonus Points:

    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
    Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
    Experience using IT ticketing systems.
