    Job brief

    We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to help monitor, maintain and support restaurant IT systems.

    IT Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

    Responsibilities:

    Keep POS system functionality and configurations up to date through menu and coupon data management, testing all changes to functionality prior to deploymentMonitor, maintain and support all core restaurant systems, including POS, payment terminals, laptops and tabletsProvide support and troubleshooting for inventory management systems as neededProvide phone support to restaurant managers, including diagnosing and solving equipment and software issues, working directory with POS vendors as neededAssist in the deployment of new technology to the restaurants utilizing proven project management methodologyAssist other teams within I.T.

    with the design and deployment of new applications, systems or processesAssist other teams within I.T. with diagnosis, review and resolution of Restaurant Systems issuesWork closely with restaurant operations to enhance and improve the functionality, design and configuration of in-store systems and training materials as neededPreferred Qualifications


    2+ Years of experience with POS Support is requiredExperience with Sicom, Par Brink Aloha preferredBasic knowledge of computer networking, PC hardware, Windows; phone and internet troubleshooting is a plusPrevious help desk or IT support experience is requiredKnowledge and understanding of food/beverage inventory managementCollege Degree preferredAbility to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organizationAble to adapt quickly to changes, including new systems, applications and processesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independentlySun Holdings, Inc.
