- Develop and implement HR programs and policies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the HR staff in areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, and training.
- Provide employees and candidates with detailed information on job roles, policies, compensation, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and report on HR metrics to aid in strategic decisionmaking and goal tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR practices and suggest improvements to executive management.
- Forecast staffing needs to support organizational objectives.
- Manage companywide HR initiatives, including compensation, benefits, training, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget.
- Foster strong relationships with key community and business leaders.
- Ensure adherence to all internal systems and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake special projects and additional duties as needed.
- Champion the company's values and culture through HR initiatives.
- Maintain open lines of communication with headquarters to align HR practices.
- Support organizational events and activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees like a Juris Doctor or other relevant fields preferred.
- 15 – 18 years of relevant experience, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Preferred certifications: SPHR, PHR, or GPHR.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of market trends and external environments.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in proposal development.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.
