    As a Sales Leader at Silverware, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and motivating a team of sales professionals.

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities to expand Silverware's market presence.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and plans to achieve targets and expand Silverware market share.
    Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations.


    Leadership and Management:
    Recruit, train and mentor sales team to align the skills and resources to succeed.
    Set sales target, performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
    Work with other customer focused departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, etc. to achieve goals.


    Market Analysis and Insights:
    Stay up to date about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
    Make recommendations for enhancements based on market insights.


    Skills & Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
    Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide and coach others.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
    Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with POS systems and SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft ensuite.
    Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    This position is 100% remote.


    The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
