Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support/Field Service Engineer for one of our SCADA/Equipment Suppliers in New Jersey This position will require onsite work in Springfield, NJ and is a permanent job opportunity.
The individual will report to the Customer Service Manager require hands on support for SCADA/DCS systems for integration, loading, configuration and testing for hardware and software.
Other duties include customer service, training, and documentation for test plans/procedures, user manuals and "how to" guides.
