    About the Role:


    Goodshuffle Pro is seeking an Operations Business Partner to handle a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of owning day-to-day operations, supporting Senior Leadership on various tasks and projects, and going above and beyond to enhance company culture.

    You will report directly to the Executive Vice President and tackle a wide range of responsibilities covering everything from office management and administrative assistance, to culture building and event planning.


    What You'll Do:

    Senior Leadership Administrative Support:
    Lead all onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure smooth entry and exit for all employees, contractors, and interns
    Manage team and office calendars and assist in scheduling leadership meetings, interviews, and other events which require multiple members of leadership
    Coordinate team travel for remote employee onboarding weeks, remote employee visits to HQ, and employee travel to conferences and trade shows
    Complete ad hoc data entry and data clean up tasks as needed to support the marketing, sales, and customer success teams

    Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
    Drive and manage efforts toward instilling a culture based on company values and suggest additional programs and ideas (both big and small) that will further our culture and engagement goals
    Plan major company events including semi-annual team weeks, annual sales kick off retreats, and other unique, exciting events for team bonding, training, and collaboration
    Creatively craft and execute team celebrations and rewards to acknowledge and motivate both our in-person and remote teammates

    Recruiting Support:
    Work closely with hiring managers to assist in all recruitment administration (updating job posts, reviewing inbound candidates, scheduling interviews)
    Collaborate with marketing on hiring marketing efforts (aggregating employee testimonials, maintaining LinkedIn and Glassdoor listings, capturing content at employee events)

    Office Management:
    Ensure that the office is an enjoyable and resourceful workspace with responsibilities such as: overseeing supply and equipment inventory, receiving packages and deliveries, and maintaining office organization and communication with building management
    Stay on top of a wide variety of miscellaneous tasks and reminders for the team that may otherwise slip through the cracks with a fast-paced work environment

    What You'll Need:
    Bachelor's Degree or extremely relevant experience
    Minimum 3+ years of experience in a detail-oriented role (strong preference for Experience as an Executive Assistant, Event Planner, or HRBP)
    Insane organizational skills, attention to detail and disciplined execution
    Tech savvy. Ability to learn 10 new platforms quickly and juggle on a daily basis
    Superior written & verbal communication skills (exceptional grammar and spelling required)
    A passion for fostering an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support
    Comfort in juggling a (very) wide array of responsibilities and adapting to last minute changes while strategically prioritizing
    Self-motivated to take initiative, proactively combat challenges, and get things done without directions

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
    Experience working with the following platforms: Confluence, Google Suite, Hubspot, Slack, Gusto, QuickBooks, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lattice, Canva
    Event planning experience
