Operations Business Partner (West Division - Based out of CA, WA or OR)
The Operations Business Partner is responsible for partnering with Franchise Business Partners and the Operations Team to support thesuccessful achievement of business goals.
This role works collaboratively with Franchise Business Partners, Franchise Business Units and the Operations Team to build strong, credible relationshipsand provide operations support to ensure sales growth.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage new store openings, including setting timelines and coordinating with Franchise Business Partners
Partner with Franchise Business Partners to ensure new stores' sales grow and exceed plannedPerforma levels
Share timely, clear and informative communication and feedback with Franchise Business Partner on issues that drive the improvement of operating units' operations, development and financial health
Stay abreast and communicate franchise best practices
Partner withDivisional Vice President, Franchise Business Partners andOperations Team to make data-driven business decisionstoensure that business goals are being met
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions on a timely basis
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
Five to ten years of progressive operations management experience required with at least three years in multi-unit management required
Experience working with franchisees highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of general math, P&L and financial analysis skills
Demonstrated knowledge of operations business including real estate & construction, cash controls, labor/transaction forecasting, employment laws, and marketing
Proficient with FOCUS System or other points of sale system
Travel within region
