Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the work and coordinating the work of the General Services Department.
Responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Assist with help desk tickets as assigned.
· Process all requisitions, invoices, purchase orders as needed.
· Order and inventory department supplies and coordinate disbursement of supplies.
· Copy, distribute and file documentation in a timely manner.
· Assists in the implementation of department policies and procedures.
· Answer phones and communicate information to co-workers, vendors, contractors as needed.
· Code invoices for the Finance and General Services Departments
· Order supplies for the Maintenance and General Services departments.
· Maintain permits up to date. (Towing, Elevator, Pool)
Salary: $45,000 per year
Qualifications
· High School Diploma/GED, BA degree preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Skilled in working with Microsoft Office especially Word, Outlook and Excel
· Bilingual preferred - Spanish.
