We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:


Skills:


  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and front desk operations is beneficial

$ $30.00 per hour
