    **Regional Sales Manager**

    Columbus, OH

    Full-Time

    Kaycan

    Kaycan, a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of exterior home building products (vinyl/aluminum/engineered wood siding, rain-ware, windows, and vinyl accessories), is looking to hire an energetic and inspiring Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who is eager to oversee our sales growth in OH.

    RSM will be responsible for strategically generating sales in the assigned areas and managing, mentoring, and developing four Territory Sales Managers to help ensure their sales success. The RSM will be closely involved in building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the region, developing a thorough understanding of customers needs, and identifying key target accounts. RSM will work closely with the VP of Sales to develop a sales strategy in the region and provide input into the development of sales budgets and incentive plans and participate in these plans' roll-out to the region.

    We are looking for someone with 5+ years of outside sales experience in the building products industry, with demonstrated ability to aggressively grow new business, experience selling to builders, contractors, architects, competitive attitude, excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, and strategy. We also need someone with strong leadership and coaching skills who are committed to developing and supporting their sales team's success.

    The candidate must be interested and available to travel the territory 60-70% of the time.
