As a Salesforce TOSCA Tester, you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and reporting on test cases using TOSCA automation tools specifically tailored to Salesforce environments. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of top-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand Salesforce requirements, user stories, and use cases. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using TOSCA automation tools.

Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests on Salesforce applications, ensuring all functionality is thoroughly tested and validated. Identify defects, record test results, and escalate issues as necessary.

Automation Development: Leverage TOSCA automation capabilities to develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications. Continuously enhance test automation coverage to increase efficiency and test effectiveness.

Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to validate new releases, updates, and enhancements to existing Salesforce features, ensuring they meet quality standards and do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Defect Management: Document and track defects using established tools and processes. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing on Salesforce applications, identifying bottlenecks and performance issues, and providing recommendations for optimization.

Test Data Management: Create and manage test data required for various test scenarios, ensuring data accuracy and security compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance testing methodologies, processes, and tools to improve overall quality.

Reporting: Generate and communicate clear and concise test reports, summarizing test results, coverage, and defects. Provide status updates to project stakeholders and team members.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a seamless testing process and efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.

TOSCA automation tool experience is essential, including designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.

Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent) is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and related technologies.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and business processes.

Experience with testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of API testing and integration testing concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
