- Oversee ongoing success of all LRC-owned agreement types on the Ironclad CLM platform, focusing on increasing the platform's value and deploying generative AI capabilities to enhance decision-making
- Lead the Ironclad implementation across all agreement types, ensuring future-proof processes and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with Enablement teammates to provide user training and self-service content for improved CLM utilization
- Facilitate communication between different business audiences to align on priorities and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to leadership
- Manage risks and issues to maintain successful CLM operations
- Lead or support additional LRC projects as necessary
- Minimum 10 years of contract management process and technology experience
- Strong background in business analysis and solution design
- Experience with agile methodologies and scrum team management
- Proficiency in Ironclad CLM, Salesforce CRM, and CPQ applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As the **Senior Manager, Legal Operations - CLM**, you will play a pivotal role in the Legal Operations team, serving as the expert in CLM processes for the company. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders such as LRC, Sales, Revenue Operations, and other operational leaders to drive scalable process enhancements and optimize our tools for their benefit.
Your extensive knowledge of legal department practices, contract processes, and customer service will be key in enhancing value realization in commercial contracting by refining our practices and extracting valuable insights from agreements.
