- Associates or 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage processing.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients, investors, and co-workers.
