ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with the project teams to identify short and long-term business goals, needs and objectives of various business partners
Documents business requirements and capabilities needed in a clear and concise fashion
Pursues answers from the business in a timely manner so that any process changes and/or system development is progressing efficiently
Ensures consistent project guidelines across systems and departments
Juggles multiple projects with alacrity
Collaborates closely with the project manager and technical team during system development to ensure business requirements are translated correctly into the system
Tests system enhancements and defects

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Exercises independent business judgment and discusses with stakeholders, SMEs, and business owners
Elicits, analyzes, documents, and validates the information presented during business requirement discussions. Demonstrates strong business acumen and analytical skills
Prioritizes and executes tasks in a fast-paced environment
Possesses strong analytical and conceptual skills
Possesses strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Focuses on quality; holds self and others to high standards of delivery

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with at least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience.
