Travel Required: 25%

• Salary: $90k $100k Plus Bonus

The Business Systems Analyst II is an integral member of the Product Management ERP team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to understand the business processes and business requirements for ERP implementations.

Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst II plays a leadership role in the planning/analysis, testing and implementation phases of ERP/Application projects, working closely with business stakeholders and the entire team to ensure project success.

This BSA II role is more functional than technical.

The BSA - ERP will be working with a Team all based out of the same office in Schaumburg, IL


Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
• 5+ years ERP systems experience required
• 2+ years SQL experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
• Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint and Box
• Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
• Possesses intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
• Understands intermediate Internet and client/server architectures
• Possesses intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases
• Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have

• 1+ years of Metals industry experience preferred
• Metals industry experience is NOT a requirement, but similar type of background/experience is preferred.

SALARY RANGE
- $90-100K is the range for Schaumburg IL.
