Roles and responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business, market, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic priorities for the Futures Business.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and opportunities through market sizing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define product scope, manage product execution, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Research industry trends, regulations, and disruptive technologies impacting futures and derivatives markets.
  • Provides timely status to management on initiatives, identifies risks and proactively recommends solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on product objectives and coordinate dependencies.
  • Part of the team responsible for daytoday futures business strategy and development.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; specialized second degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, preferably in the financial services or futures/derivatives industry.
  • Understanding of futures and derivatives products, markets, and operations
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
