    About the Job:

    Join our team at odorzX as an Operations Manager where you'll be at the heart of our daily operations. Be ready to handle various tasks like overseeing labor, setting productivity targets, ensuring quality control, and preparing reports. Your role involves closely monitoring vehicle conditions and fostering a safe and effective work environment. At odorzX, the possibilities for growth are endless, and we are on the lookout for committed professionals to join our long-term team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean interior and exterior of automotive vehicles
    • Use a variety of equipment to meet interior cleanliness standards
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed
    • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Establish processes and norms to enhance efficiency and safety
    • Consistently meet productivity and standardization benchmarks
    • Foster strong client relationships
    • Monitor P&L, labor expenses, and overall operational efficiency
    • Boost team member engagement, productivity levels, and team accountability
    • Develop and implement protocols to ensure stability and peak productivity
    • Forge solid client partnerships based on trust, reliability, and mutual accountability

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant experience in automotive maintenance or detailing preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is a must
    • Prior managerial experience is ESSENTIAL
    • Familiarity with different cleaning apparatus
    • Ability to multitask efficiently and adhere to deadlines
    • Physically capable of standing, walking, and bending in various weather conditions
    • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and ownership in all tasks
    • Satisfy specific insurance prerequisites:

    - Minimum age requirement is 18 years

    - One year of similar work experience needed

    - Previous driving experience with diverse vehicles

    - Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record

    - Eligibility to work in the U.S.

    - Access to reliable transportation
