    Job Description

    Raising Cane's is looking for an Assistant General Manager for our upcoming restaurant arriving in Fall 2022 in Nashville, TN. As an AGM, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining Raising Cane's high standards for both Crewmembers and Customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AREAS OF FOCUS:

    • Operations Management- Lead on each shift; promote open communication; assess areas of opportunity; manage restaurant operation; maintain cleanliness; lead performance metrics
    • Business Management- Support GM in managing costs; identify and resolve issues; monitor spending; write successful schedules; support in writing business plans
    • People Management- Maintain quality Crewmember roster; train and develop teams; lead new member orientations; support professional development
    • Project Support- Understand and support company programs and initiatives; collaborate on program implementations; assist in local marketing plans execution

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Proficient in technology systems, especially Microsoft Office
    • May be required to lift and carry heavy objects; kneel, bend, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to lead, motivate, and empower Crewmembers
    • Ability to align with Raising Canes culture through hard work and fun
    • Ability to manage tasks, operations, problem-solving, goal-setting
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Knowledge of Labor Laws and staffing management
    • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
