    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Telephonic/Print Device Asset Manager Responsibilities include:

    • Asset Accountability of Cell Phones, Smart Phones, Iridium Satellite Phone, Land Line Phones, Multi-function Devices (MFD), Multi-function Printers (MFP), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Non-Networked Printers, and peripheral devices.
    • Reconcile Monthly reports, usage, and activity reports.
    • Maintaining a trouble ticket log for tracking.
    • Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests.
    • Maintain a real-time inventory of all assets and conduct bi-annual inventories off all Fleet and Shore assets

    Here's what you need:

    • Working knowledge of use and employment of all assets
    • Microsoft Office
    • PC Operations and Technology
    • Customer service
    • Four (4) years of asset management Bonus points if you have:
    • 4+ Years Experience supporting and managing US Navy telecom/print assets.
    • Supporting US Navy personnel

    Security Clearance:

    • Active Secret Clearance in DISS required Education:
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field

    Work Schedule:
