Mission Fed is the largest locally headquartered credit union based in San Diego with over 260,000 members, 575 employees and 32 branches with an asset size of over $4.5B.
- Created and translated a vision into executable strategy and directed teams to deliver against the plan, ultimately consolidating organizational growth across the community.
- Conducted and coordinated 10 – 12 volunteer events per year across the community in close collaboration with internal employees involving up to 100 employees per event.
- Maintained consistent liaison with executive employees for successful execution of media training and public campaigns.
- Administered a sizeable budget of 3M to properly allocate/utilize resources for San Diego region with 200+ non-profits, media, television, and Public Relations.
- Established the Hispanic Outreach for 3 years increasing Hispanic Member Growth through grassroots efforts by 7 – 14% year over year.
