    Senior Inventory Analyst

    We are excited to present an opportunity to join one of our esteemed clients, a well-respected leader in their industry, in the role of Senior Inventory Analyst. This full-time position is designed for someone passionate about inventory management and optimization. As a crucial member of the supply chain team, you will focus on enhancing inventory accuracy and reducing shrinkage through strategic oversight and detailed analysis.

    Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily cycle counts and lead periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy and integrity of the stock ledger.
    • Analyze inventory trends and manage reporting to forecast potential issues and improve inventory health.
    • Develop and implement robust inventory control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize shrinkage.
    • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to streamline inventory processes.
    • Leverage advanced analytics tools to generate actionable insights for inventory optimization.
    • Prepare and present regular inventory analysis reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to inventory management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, with a proven track record of reducing shrinkage and optimizing stock levels.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departmental lines.
