- Compensation - $25-28/hour
- Location: Seminole, TX
- Assignment Duration: 12 months+
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours + / day shift

- Accountable for ESP cable inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Manage of an ESP Cable inbox, receiving emails from at least 5 different vendors
- Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyze and, when able, correct cycle count and inventory discrepancies
- Audit incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compile and document all transactions for data entry
- Inventory, Finance, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required
- Inventory analysis from raw data
- Complete physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis
- SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of ESP cable and other material from various yards. Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements for ESP cable and other material
- Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory
- Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory
- Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles
- Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc
- Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of ESP a plus
- Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
- Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High School or GED required
