    Product Manager - Data Science (Healthcare and Payment Optimization)

    Overview:
    We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a Data Scientist centric mindset who has experience working within Healthcare & Payment Integrity


    Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy:

    execute a strategic roadmap for healthcare payment integrity, fraud detection, and waste management, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.


    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, healthcare experts, and stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.


    Data Analysis:

    Utilize Python and SQL skills to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and develop predictive models for detecting fraudulent activities and reducing waste in healthcare claims.


    Feature Development:

    Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to deployment, ensuring that product features meet quality standards and address customer needs.


    Performance Monitoring:

    measure the effectiveness of fraud detection algorithms and claims management solutions, and iterate on product improvements based on data-driven insights.


    Regulatory Compliance:

    Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to payment integrity and fraud prevention, ensuring that our products adhere to industry standards.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries, with a focus on data science and payment integrity.
    • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and querying large datasets.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable product features.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven products or solutions in a fast-paced environment.
