    We are actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Professional to anchor our team at the bustling Las Vegas, NV Reverse Logistics Center. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who combines a passion for strategic HR leadership with the versatility and hands-on approach of an HR generalist. With a team of over 100 associates, you'll be the sole HR Business Partner on-site, embodying the spirit of innovation and dedication that drives our success.

    What You'll Do:
    • Strategic Alignment and Leadership: Collaborate closely with management and senior executives to ensure a seamless alignment between HR strategies and our business objectives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our workforce development, enhancing our company culture, and steering our organization towards its long-term goals.
    • Comprehensive HR Generalist Tasks: Your responsibilities will span the entire HR spectrum, from managing payroll and timekeeping to leading talent development and succession planning. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" position that demands flexibility, adaptability, and a profound understanding of all aspects of human resources.
    • Culture and Change Champion: Utilize your HR expertise to foster an environment that upholds our values, drives our mission, and supports our vision. Act as a change leader, coaching others in the realm of change management and employee relations, building trust and promoting a positive work culture.
    • Analytical and Process-Oriented Approach: Employ management metrics and associate feedback to drive organizational efficiency, enhance management quality, and support the continuous improvement of our operations. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying trends and developing strategies that contribute to our overall success.
    • Talent Management and Organizational Development: Oversee the talent pool, assessing strengths and identifying development opportunities. Engage in workforce planning and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure our staffing needs are met with precision and foresight.
    • HR Best Practices and Compliance: Champion HR processes and compliance, ensuring all practices are in alignment with legal requirements. Mentor HR Business Partners and promote a unified approach to HR management across the company.
    What You Bring to the Role:
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with direct exposure to warehouse or logistics environments.
    • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
    • Strong foundation in HR generalist duties and a strategic mindset.
    • Exceptional skills in employee relations, coaching, consulting, and problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in HR software tools (e.g., Workday) and MS Office 365.

    The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80, $136,700.00 per year.

    The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

    At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
